Does any body have closeup pictures of the head assembly and linkage connections on the blade 400? I took mine apart for repairs and now I seem to have something installed wrong.

Thanks for the pictures and information. I could swear that I have put the parts back in the same manner as the picts but something still must be wrong. When I power up, the thrust pushes the bird down not up. May have to take a visit to the local hobby shop to try and figure out what I have done wrong.

The only thing I could think of now would be your swashmix in the radio, play with that and see what it does to the swashplate.
On the one I have here its set as follow

Aile -75%
elev -75%
Pitch +85%

Thats what I set it for to my liking.

Thats the opposite of my T-Rex and King2 as if the linkage work in reverse on the blade 400

If you recently took apart your head and replaces servos, you'll find the new servos are all reversed to the stock servos. So it'll act exactly as you describe.

As someone else mentioned, you'll want to look at the swash mix numbers. Reverse the numbers (make all -'s into +'s and vice versa.

That's assuming you changed servos, though...
