Wow that aint bad! Thats a nice idea! I could do that and make it work cool, too bad i burnt my 3ch tank out thign started smoking on the chips.

Maybe the simplest way to increase depth (radio wise) is to use a towed sonar array as the receiving antenna? Maybe a small float on the end of it to keep it from dangling into the prop(s)? Hmm, sort of defeats the purpose, kind'a, or at least makes reversing sort of exciting? Think of it this way. It's just another means of sinking one of them 'target' boats, right? Snarl the array up in their props and drag'em under!

That would pull the antenna off the sub and put a hole in the WTC, causing the boat(sub) to sink!

Not unless it was a fragile WTC or a hull penetration not well-constructed where the antenna joins it. It might end up being a tug-of-war between the skimmer and the sub !

THats a great idea, i had a 3ch rc tank from wally world(27mhz non proportional) i was planning on building an rc plane out of it but the stupid pos wire touched one of the fuses shorting it out, i didnt even notice till the fuse was bright orange and then popped off im like arrghh!!!

I had a moment like that earlier this year. I would never have believed just how brightly a tiny capacitor could glow--it looked like a pinpoint supernova on the circuit board. Then my whole board was kaput.
