Status: offline 		Doesnt it give you a printable form at the end that has the effective date, and is good for 30days till you get your packet?

Kinda like getting aninsurance binder faxed to you when you buy online, that 30day thing you can print has the start date. I hear tons of clubs accept that so you can join their club right away, too.

Status: offline 		I haven't used the online form before so that's why I'm asking.... I can goto the LHS and do it there but that's a 1 hour trip I don't want to make if i don't have to.

Go to web site; http://www.modelaircraft.org/

Click on top line "Ask AMA",

Click on colored "Staff Directory". Check AMA telephone # (765) 287-1256.

Go down staff listing until you find Insurance in the Functions Column which will match
up to Ilona Maine at extension 251 along with a blue "Email".

Now ask the one that can give you the correct answer and not a bunch of babble. Then you will know
that only when you join AMA at a contest via the Contest Director that you will receive "Immediate
Sanctification" for insurance.

It's all that simple, and you get straight answers.
