PM him here ( nitrostaff1 ) and explain what happened.

You may not get a response for a few days as he does not check in every day ( sometimes he may go a week w/o checking in too ).

If after a week you have not heard back, PM him again.

Rinse, lather and repeat until you get a response.

John is usually quite helpful.

Hi...... Don''t mean to butt in, but I have been looking at a couple of planes from "Nitro". Never anything in STOCK, months now! Maybe they should take the SOLD OUT models off their web site!
THANKS

You know what I really find funny on their site as well. They actually have a section where you can go called, I believe its... "Out of Stock planes" or something like that. Why the heck would I want to even see a page listing out of stock planes when I can just look for a plane I want and see that. I'll be looking for another source for stuff now. This just irritates me, and the lack of communication I've been seeing is another red flag for me.

If you've purchased a now discontinued or out of stock plane, motor, etc. you may WANT to refer to the specs at some point.

I do this all the time.

Don't you just love the way nitroplanes support staff gets right back to you with an answer to you question. If you can't get a simple answer from them how is product support going to be if you need a replacement part? I have called and either the phone just rings and rings with no answer or it stays busy all the day long. You can forget e-mail too. Wonder why they don't want my business. I spend alot of money on my hobby and had planned on spending some with nitroplanes but now I'm not so sure!
My question is a real simple one. When will the CMP BF 109 be available at at what price? Not to hard a question is it?

Given the current situation with shipments from China, it is likely no one knows.

Well they could at least answer their phone or e-mail with some kind of best guess date instead of leaving potential customers twisting in the wind.

Remember it's a "box and go" operation.

When you call you are dialing someone who usually works shipping, same with e-mails.

PM'ing John or posting questions in the threads he has started gives a better response... He hasn't been online too much of late though.

Nitroplanes doesn't want my business by not responding to my e-mails or unable to reach them by phone. I have moved on and will spend my money elsewhere.

I have not gotten a reply to my post on "replacement parts":
I have an Ultimate .46 "yellow" Bipe, with dark blue angles on the wingtips. On the planes third flight the glue-joint on the landing gear's mount failed and the gear/wheel pants destroyed the bottom wing, making it unrepairable. I would like to know if a replacement lower-wing is available and the price for one, if it is. (MY only other option is to "pull" a couple ribs out of the wing, that are not broken, use them for a pattern, and scratch-build a wing.

nitrostaff,
Thank you for your post on r/c universe.com regarding your management of the company. My order has been handled quickly but I do have a question regarding shipping methods; I was charged $7.63 S&H on $15.00 worth of main gears for my E Sky Belt CP, and the website shipping and my email for the order receipt stated that the shipping would be via UPS Ground. Now in the shipment confirmation email sent soon after, Xheli stated that the shipment is going out via US Postal Service, and I don't know whether that is Priority Mail or standard 1st Class; regardless, US Postal Service was not even an option in the shipping portion of the website! Is this a common practice? I always get a little suspicious when I am told one thing and get another, especially for my first experience with a company trying to recover its reputaion. I would appreciate any guidance you can give me.

Sincerely,

John Grieten
