We are sorry to hear that you are having continued complications with your GST 7.7 model Harleygirl. We ussually just handle domestic issues but we did go out of our way to make sure a transmitter/receiver was sent to you from Taiwan. We uderstand that now you have some servo issues that need to be taken care of? Please e-mail my boss ken@cenracing.com and we will see about coordinating with Taiwan again to see about the servos- Warranty ussually just covers the first 60 days but I understand your situation is different then most- and I will inform upper management that you should be granted an extension.... bottom line is that we want you to have fun with your truck and have a positive experience- I must admit you have been a real tropper- I am certain that a customer care rep will reply to your e-mail shortly.

Thanx for the reply. Lets hope that the powers that be get this sorted out to everyones satisfaction. It has become a bit of an unusual circumstance.

Thanks CEN, I will contact ken immediately, but my one concern with your message, is you didn't mention the radio controls, the servo is an issue, but it's not the big issue. I can not use the controls that you guys sent from Taiwan, i did explain it in details in the email I sent CEN two days ago, but I will resend that email to Ken. I am so glad that this is hopefully going to be sorted out though, thank you so much for your customer service CEN, you guys are great

hey Nomobux, yeah, I was going to buy my second nitro, the Matrix TR Arena that you and TRD told me about but with all the dramas I've had so far, I kind of chickened out So we'll see what happens, once this is all sorted out, then maybe I'll get the Matrix TR Arena afterall, LOL
Oh and for the record, just looked up how old my truck is, I recieved it on the 22nd of Feb, so it's 60 days aren't up yet, LOL

Problem is She didn't need an extension the original on-set of the problem was before her 60 days were up. She was still within warranty period, so she didn't need the extension. Now she just needs satisfaction/resolution.

CEN will prolly get back to her right after the RCX!! Right Guys..(CEN)

hi guys, yeah at this point all communication from CEN has stalled, no replies from Ken or Cen, since they emailed me on the 17th and said to write in detail to Ken, which I did. It was a long email So I am hoping they will get moving on this major issue this week, soon, pleaseeee CEN?
Thanks Nomobux and TRD for your nudging and bumping, tryin to give CEN a push on it, many thanks guys.
Oh and Crazysled thanks for your advice but all my tests lately on the whole issue have been totally on my own, no other RC's around, in big open paddocks or my back yard. sorry I can't really be bothered explaining it all again, but that thanks for the suggestion.
I'll let you guys know if I hear something,
thanks again

I think they will hopefully respond soon. I believe they've been tied up at the RCX Expo in Pomona Ca. Hang in there !!

Hi guys, I just read both pages and im having the same problem. I bought a JR XS3 Pro synth. set a few weeks ago and it works great . I recently put new batts. in and have had the twitching problem for 3 days. I have a T-maxx 2.5 with a 3.3 eng pull start. Before i start the engine all the servos work perfect. As soon as i start it though i get the twitchy servos. Being synth i have 30 ch to choose from and it does it on all. Do you think something in the atmosphere could cause disturbence?
