Status: offline 		I have a 2 cell lipo that I am going to use for system power in my Hanger 9 27% Extra 260. What are the options for a regulator? I want to run the system at 6 volts. I have 5 Hitec 5645 digital servos and a spectrum AR9000 receiver.

Their seems to be two differant types of regulators, linear and switching. Then what amp rating, some are 10amps other 25amps. Because of the servos I am running and the desier to be on the conservitive side I think that a 10 amp regulator would be to small.

Status: online 		John, the odds are huge that on this toy, you'll never exceed 3A. I have 50cc toys with up to seven 5955's (plus throttle and choke servos), and I use SmartFly regulators. Even with a single 2S pack, I do like to use two battery leads (and two switches) as I believe the small wires and servo connectors are the biggest current limiters.
