Many members in my club like to fly electric wings when there is no wind and they look like there having a blast! so id like to join but I have no clue what i need

They base there set up around tunder power lipo 2100mah batteries.

What motor /speed control do i need?

any recommendations for a lipo charger?

Status: offline 		i've built a dumas waco ymf-5. what electric equipment do i get for it that, after the big farm purchase, i can use on other planes down the line, all being in the small plane range. i've been in rc for 35 yrs. but all glo and gas...electric ? absolutely no knowledge..can i get some learning material anywhere ? i don't want to get the wrong stuff. (do i need 2 batteries? etc.). thanks ern

For a flying wing something like a Himark 2000kv with a 6x4 and a 35A ESC shoudl do the trick. The windrider elebee EPP wing would make a good base airframe.

Put up a link to your plane and people here will try and give you a hand. If you can't do that then publish the weight up here.
