I just picked up a Spektrum system (module, receiver) for my Airtronics M8. I also picked up two spare receivers. That cost me about $325 with the $25 discount at Amain, but I get 3 more free receivers through this giveaway! Spektrum module and enough receivers to do 6 cars for $325. I can sell my 8-9 FM synthesized receivers for $30/pop so the upgrade will only cost me $100! Without the free receivers, it would have cost me $170 for the module/receiver + $90 x 4 receivers for $530 total.

Oh, wait I only get 2 free receivers, for a total of 5 I guess. They kind of worded that poorly. Either way, two free receivers is $180 bucks off.

Hi Dale Gribble I have a DX7 for my heli and I am very pleased with it

so I bought the DX3.0 with the 2 free RXs for my touring car. Have had nothing but problems with range issues

, you will be about 150 feet away from it and it will take off all by its self, flat out, this car of mine has a brushless set up and its a really quick car

. Last night it took off and cost me a set of wheels, body and rear link

I have the same problem with my dx 3.0 it has about 150 ft range if I go outside of that it takes off

Wow , I can drive my cars till I cant see them anymore ! No range issues here .

Alas , I got my DX3.0 last year and cant get in on the offer , I did get an extra RX free with mine though ....

my truck goes way out of site before i lose range. sometimes i get scared b/c they go so far and fast but im driving down the streets haha

Maybe thats why there giving them away for free.
Range issues.
Just trying to get rid of the bad batch.

when you guys are loosing control at long range, what is the voltage reading on your radio? The signal becomes much weaker as the voltage drops.

I had the DX3 and sold it,there are better systems out there for around the same money.I now have the Sanwa/Airtronics MX3 2.4ghz and its loads better and better quality wise in my opinion as is the Futaba 3PM FASST radio....

The DX3R however has better technology and faster speeds than any other surface radio system. DSM2 is lightyears faster and more advanced than other 2.4ghz systems.

So do you only get a free rx with the purchase of a speky rx and tx ? or do you just fill out something and get a free rx?
