I purchased Aerofly Pro Deluxe last week. I installed the program and all was well for 10 minuets, then my PC failed to recognize the USB adapter and the game would not run. I removed the program from my PC and then reinstalled. The USB adapter was still not recognized.

Following the instructions of Mike Marks, Aerofly Support Representative, I sent the USB adapter in for repair.

A friend gave me his USB adapter and suggest I try it on my computer. The game works with this adapter and I can use it until I get mine back.

My problem is after reinstalling Aerofly Pro Deluxe True Scale edition add on pack 3 and trying to Activate it. I get a message that the *Product-Key has already been registered. Please contact IKARUS (www.ikarus.net) for support.

Now What do I need to do?

Hi timbo, each usb interface cable/addon disk combination has a unique activation code. It is most likely that your friend's cable has been activated previously and therefore it can't be used with your installed addon 3. When you receive your replacement usb cable, I will let you know how you can re-activate it.

Thank's Mike,

I deal with product support in the computer industry daily, but this type of forum support is new to me. I'll get it sooner or later.

So when I get my USB adapter back do I start a new post or add to this one?

Hi timbo, when you receive the replacement cable, what you need to do is to send an email to the Ikarus Germany callcenter info@ikarus.net and they will send you a new activation code. That's all to it.
