The thing is I got planes and a cool Ofna buggy an I would like to know if for example Omega 15% would be a good compromise to run everyone, or I should really get the car fuel for the buggy and the plane fuel for planes. I don't race or nothing.

My LHS has only Morgan fuels, the Sidewinder has only 12% lubricant but seeing the website it appears to have all sorts of fancy friction modifiers, highly combustible methanol and all that.

By the way does high nitro content affect idle stability ?

Your car will work perfectly well with that Omega fuel, I'd avoid the Cool Power though because it doesn't have any castor in it. I'd avoid the Sidewinder too because I don't think 12% oil is anywhere near enough.

It will run just fine, just tune it like you would an airplane engine- by sight and sound

Wow I ran it for the first time this afternoon.. it screams like there's no tomorrow !!! It runs even better than last year now on 15% Omega plane fuel with 17% oil. It keeps idle better. It never stalled.

I run airplane fuel all the time in my cars, 15%N was just a slight drop in performance campared to say 20%N, tune, tune, tune.
