Just wondering how many of you have received your free 2.4 receiver and how long it took you to get it. Still waiting for mine, going on 3weeks. I am assuming 4 to 6 weeks.

I mailed mine on 3/21. On another forum, members report getting theirs at around 3-4 weeks, most of them live in the upper midwest and said they came FedEx ground. I''ll chime in when mine show up.

I ordered my complete dx7 system with 2 extra AR7000 Rx''s on 3-21-08,,, came out to 598 bucks and some change. I sent my paper work in the following day.

Today is 4-14-08 and I received one AR9000 Rx today,,, NOT VERY HAPPY

I bought the 2 extra AR7000''s and expected 2 of the same as per The Great Giveaway deal. I am not able to use the 9000 because its to big for my application for Pylon Racing.

I wonder how many others got their deal messed up by Horizon?

Thanks Jr Spektrum Horizon for messing up my order and for keeping my other planes on the ground

I bought and extra ar7000 and an extra 921. With the idea I could use the smaller 7000 in some of my planes.

Surprise!!.....I received an ar9000 and a 921 with the giveaway deal. I guess I came out OK as I just need to swap the extra 9 channel for one of my 7 channels in my bigger planes.

Sounds like they may be in short supply of AR7000? Seems like a well intended (if not always desirable) substitution.
Gotta give them credit for trying...

There is usually a banner ad at the top of this page that links to the details. There is now and was yesterday when I looked.

tell you the truth they can keep the spectrum radios. I got me spectrum 7 and just got me the Jr 9303 2.4 for my big planes and I just lost my Zeroli Stuka today due to radio malfunction . Last year I lost my September Fury , It just decided to go free flight and found it 2 miles away. So I'm really thinking about going back .
