I placed order # 354635 (yhst-14197398381157-11301) for:

Quantity Item
1 Spare Part Ultra (51C22): Alum.Exhaust Pipe

I went to http://www.nitrorcx.com/51c00-02124.html

to order:

I received a black pipe. I havent taken it out of the package. I''m assuming this is not the upgraded part as it''s not the aluminum pipe

What should I do?

Oh no problem Andy. I found this forum before I placed the order for the buggy itself, did a little bit of reading. And honestly, after seeing your dedication to resolving customer issues as well as providing support on here, that cinched my need to purchase.

I ordered a 51c00 02124 on 3-17. It was not out of stock when I ordered it off nitrorcx. When my stuff came I got a note in the box saying the pipe was backordered and will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. That was like a month ago.

I saw on the nitrorcx.com that the pipe was back in stock, over a week ago

I nicely called CS today finally to ask what was up and the guy kept me on hold for like 5 mins, and said it will be a few days before they generate a tracking number for me. I didn''t even ask for tracking, send it snail mail for all I care. I basically got no real answer. Part should have been shipped days ago IMO.

Andy we love you here cuz I know you get the job done. Can you smack someone in the head for me and get them to throw the pipe in a box with a stamp. My order ref# is 343146

OH MY GOD!

Ok my Parcel came today from nitro RCX for my aluminum exhaust pipe. Thanks for getting those guys to send it to me Andy. On the packing list it says 51c00-02124, and its hand written "must be Aluminum." I'm saying to myself "nice, they took extra special care to make sure they got me the right part". BUT WAIT!!! I open the box and inside is the crappy stock plastic pipe.

CMON GUYS! I mean really. It cant possibly be so hard. Andy, you need to tell your minions to lay off the model glue ok?

Ok so what do I do now. What is an RMA? Do I get one now? I have waited a month guys I just want my aluminum pipe, and I'm keepin the plastic one for incompetency tax ok?

Andy,

Same issue here.

On the package it said "Must be aluminum"

I to opened the box to find the stock plastic piece. lol, I have a collection now.

I'm anxious to see how the pipe and header do for the motor

LMFAO you have got to be kidding me. You too Relaxednoma! Andy, it's time to start chopping some heads off.

Hey Relaxednoma, as far as the header goes, I love it. I got a small boost in bottom end and it sounds better, like its breathing. I got that from Redcat though

hehe ya. I put my header on last night and got it buttoned back up and cleaned up a bit from have some slideways fun in the dirt over the weekend. Gonna run it tonight with the header and stock pipe to see what it does. I gotta figure out the best way to cut the body so I can start it with the body on....the pull start sits directly under the "back window"

Lightning= Ultra
Volcano = Infinitve

The aluminum pipe in your link above is what I should have ordered from redcat. Rather than waiting for NitroRCX to get it right.
