ravikoth -> Regulator w/failsafe switch (4/15/2008 6:38:13 PM)

hello, On a recent visit to Singapore, i purchased your Smartfly regulator with Failsafe switch, i have now installed it in my aircraft. I use a Spektrum AR9000 recvr with a flight log connected, this unit also shows input voltage, Upon connecting the regulator to a 2S lipo pack, i verified a voltage of 6.45V on turn on, i then proceeded to reduce the voltage to 6V, verified by a Voltmeter and the flight log, Only 1 rudder servo is connected to the unit for the moment. I then turned off the Failsafe switch, and after a minute turned it on again, The volatage showed a 6.45V output to recvr. I tried this a number of times, with the same result. Everytime i disconnect either the battery or the failsafe switch, the volatge returns again to 6.45V. Doesnt the votaGE REGULATOR preserve the setting. Please advise. I have also purchased a Super regulator from TBM, and i am afraid i will have a similar problem. I obviously cannot connect a voltmeter to the recvr output everytime i want to fly. please email as soon as you can in this regards. I have also emailed you directly in this regards. Thank you & Regards Ravi Kothari, mumbai,india.
