Hey guys sorry I missed this one ..... what was the wheather like? was it hot?

Weather during the afternoon was not too great - overcast and very windy at times. By 4:30 pm it was as dark as it usually is at 7:30 pm.

Not quite like the weather a month or so ago, in which "California Jets - It's hot!" could be heard everywhere.

BTW, after watching the CA Jets movie last night, I think we have all decided to vote for "Markydam for president".

Fantastic pic Dougee.
If this thread's title was the title of a book, your "closer than they appear" image would be on the cover.

Good seeing everyone again. Although I feel like I hit and run (was only there for 5 hrs. or so).
Whether hours or days, it's always good to find yourself at the Willow...and, if you're lucky, you'll be with this same crew.
I think it is so cool to show these short films in the resolution that they're shot and edited in, and that wouldn't be happening without Dougie's biatch'n projector.
I'm debating whether the projector, or Marky D. was the star of the show Really appreciate you providing this crucial to the "preview" experience.
Awesome carne ala Duk Duk bro, crazy good stuff.
And whoever I neglected to thank for "taking care of" Mike Andersons' and my share of the "deep pit" run, know that I appreciated that very much.
Cool tug Billy! Don't forget to bait those pots before you soak 'em. Thanks for "sheltering" the movie screen in your garage...eeeerrrr...trailer.
Big relief of the night for me was finding out I'm not the only one that watched "the Idol"

Paul

Great seeing everyone, I especially appreciate how everyone made my son Conner feel welcome. And as far as I can tell he did not learn any new "fun" words!

The highlight for him was watching Mark and Doug's helis (don't tell the wife she is a heli flyer and I will never hear the end of it).

Just today he came up to me to tell me what a good time he had and asked when are we going back.....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Awesome day as usual with the fellas. First up: Where would a weekend of flying be without Smokin' Joe programming something for Duky?
