Sweetchuck -> Lanier Husky Floats (4/15/2008 11:12:11 PM)

Does anyone know who might carry the Lanier 48" Husky Floats? I have heard that Lanier is no longer in bussiness and that Tower has purchased all their stuff. Tower is showing them as discontinued. Any help would be greatful.[:D]

Good luck, the stock was bought out by Tower and once the stock is gone it''s gone, and yes there are no more floats....

What are you putting them on?

I am putting them on the Lanier Husky. Thinking about converting the Hangar Nine ARF floats and using them with it.

Sorry to say that you will have a hard time finding floats. You need 48" and with the Lanier on''s dicontinued and Sea Commander closed until July the pickins are slim...

Lucked out and found a pair at the Local hobby shop!!!! Nice looking pair of floats for $ 100.00.

You are lucky! Did they have two sets?

No, just one set. Will try to post a few pics later on in the week.

I believe that Sig sells a big pair of floats for their Rascal 110. I saw them at toledo a year ago and they looked really nice.

I bought the only set Tower had. They are very large, oversize for the Rascal. Each float can hold up 40+ pounds. When or if they get back in stock I'm buying more of them.
