Arnoldj1979 -> Love the Axe CP, but need a little help =( (4/16/2008 12:25:57 AM)

So I decided to move up from my 2 coaxials, which have given me hours of enjoyment inside my home I might add. I''''m still fuzzy on my orientation skills and often go left when I mean right while flying towards myself etc. At any rate I bought a Honeybee FP not long ago and must say, what a BANG for the buck, and it sure has been through it''''s share of Bangs. I''''m still not all that great with it but I can keep her in a steady hover around the yard. The bug has bitten me, and though I should keep practicing with my FP, I still had an itch for more power. I went ahead and picked up an AXE cp. WOW, what a difference in power with the bigger motor and Lipo batteries. It was also EXTREMELY sensitive to my cyclic input. After my first "big" crash which really only resulted in about 30 dollars worth of spare parts, i rebuilt most of the rotor assembly. I have the blades tracked nicely and it barely shakes even on spool up. I noticed an EXTREME decrease in sensitivity. The rudder input works great but my cyclic gives me next to zero control. She flutters to the left real bad when she''''s about to lift off and even with full right thumb and full right radio trim, I can''''t get her to even think about countering. I''''m thinking there is an issue with the paddles, they are very loose and I can move the entire flybar in a 360, the paddles just kinda droop and I figured they would straighten out on spool up. I was always under the impression that paddles needed to be horizontal to the rotor blades at 0 pitch, and should be stiff, not droop? Did I miss something when I put it back together? I''''m adding some pictures, hopefully it will explain a bit better. It''''s hard to tell but I''''m spinning the flybar/pattles 360 degrees with ease. I can''''t see any flaws with my workmanship. Let me know if you think something is amiss here.
