The &^*#$ is still at it. Several neighbors called the police last time he was buzzing the homes. They came out but he already had left. Police talked to the people who called and got a good description of him as asked them to call 911 as soon as they see him flying again. The cop said they "opened a case." Looks like it just may cost him $500 the next time he goes flying. Bummer I can't fly at that field now but this fiasco has lead me to discover the legal flying fields close to me so some good came out of it. I'd love to see his face when he gets busted. I asked my friend to call me next time he hears him flying. Might be interesting to see how he reacts as he thinks the police can't do anything to him. He is mistaken to rely on the sign at the park that does not mention RC as we all know that ignorance is no excuse under the law. And I think the cops are tired of all the calls they have been getting, so I'd bet money next time they see him flying they will write him up.

They have his plate and know his address but the police said they need to catch him while he is in the air. It is in Huntington Beach, California.
