Probably a silly question but, I have two 1400mah RX batteries, one Sanyo the other Radio Shack, can I hook them up with a Y harness and charge them as one? I am using the Accu Cycle Plus.

Yes, you CAN but it is certainly not the way to go! Never charge batteries in parallel. Even charging them in series would not be a good idea since they are different brands and ages. Charge each pack separate and be nice to your cells (and plane).
