I was driving the other day at the track and my rear diff was working great. Then the next day i desided to drive at my house and the rear diff wasn't spinning at all but the front was. My friend and I (spikeman) took the whole rearend apart and check all the gears and they where all perfectlly fine. So we put it back together, and we drove it the next morning and I still had the same problem.

Well, IF all the above is good about all that is left is inside the diff. The drive pins for the outdrive cups may be broken. By hand they catch enough to hold but under power they don't. The same may be true for the drive pins in the cvd or the wheel hex but you said they were good.

Just had the same problem with my LST2. I have the LRP in it and what happened was the pin that holds the drive shaft in the drive yoke was half sheared off. You couldn't tell just by looking because the broken pieces were still in the yoke. When power was apllied it slipped like grandma on the sidewalk after a snowstorm. Easy fix thow, the stock pins don't have much "flex" and they tend to snap instead of spring. I contacted Losi and they do not make any stronger ones. Someone on here recommended a clothes hanger cut to fit. PRESTO works like a champ and I now have a whole closet full of replacements (don't tell the ol lady!)

Have you looked into the diff cup to be sure it hasn't reamed out the inside of the cup?

I know that you probably inspected the diffs but did you take the gears off of the outdrives in the differentials. If you look under the two big flat gears in the diff there is two pins there.
And I know it has been mentioned but check all the grub screws on the transmission outdrives and on the inputs for the differentials. Take the grub screw out all the way and make sure it is on the flat part of the shaft.
