Hi all, I’d like to take a moment, bring this thread to the top, and let you folks know the final outcome of my 989 repair problems. First of all, my charger came back with the same bleedthrough problem as when I sent it in. You might imagine I was quiet upset, and after sending Tim a pretty rude personal message, which I shortly became ashamed of, I have to say that Tim bent over backwards to help me get my problems resolved (in spite of my rudeness). Tim shouldered the responsibility for taking so long getting my 989 repaired and assured me my experience was an anomaly and not the norm in terms of customer service. Tim eventually ended up shipping out a new replacement 989, which at the moment is operating flawlessly. My hat is off to you Tim for helping get my 989 issues resolved.

If they're all the same battery, then you can set it for:

NiMH, 6 cells, 4.2 amps (you can go higher if you want to, but I wouldn't go any higher than 6.3 amps, or 1.5C), 5mv per cell, 4200mah.

What mah do they charge up to?

I have to admit that, when I first started using my Super Brain 989, I thought the 24 different memory settings were kind of overkill and I thought I'd never use the feature. Now, when I come home with a pile of spent LiPo packs, it's nice just flipping through my memory settings and having everything pre-loaded into the charger.

The Super Brain 989 is really a terrific piece of hardware, and the more I use mine the more I appreciate it!

Hey, where are you guys getting the green connectors from? I need to setup a green connecter with a deans for my lip's and a receiver and transmitter connecter . thanx
