Tracing a logo

Can someone trace the edges to an old logo and text using their software? An oval and a few straight lines is all that is involved here. If my software was working OK, the whole operation ought to consume less than ten minutes. The software that I had once used for such operations now has problems, which I think are related to a bad spot on the hard drive.

Anyway, download an original BMP at the URL:

I need to receive back only lines, not the image, in some sort of DXF or DWG file. Send results directly to:

coosbaylumberco@yahoo.com

I'm confused. Did you want it with all the squiggley appearance?

No, it was scanned cock-eyed. My secondary software sort of chops thengs up as it rotates. Thus the irregular lines. Just make both side parallel for straight letters, and concentric on ovals.

This is part of a Hustler (circa 1962) that am working on now.

Don't put off replacing that hard drive! Once bad sectors show up, it is a chain reaction that will leave your Operating System unbootable, and possibly the drive unreadable. In XP, double click My Computer > right click the hard drive, go to properties, tools, error checking, and check both boxes, click start. It will tell you it will do it on the next reboot. Reboot, let it check, then go to control panel > Administrative tools, Event viewer. In left hand column, select application, and look for the 'Winlogon' entry. Read that entry. You want 0 kb in bad sectors. If you show ANY number other than 0, replace the drive ASAP.

Good luck.

Most everything is noted in initial paragraph. Where to pick up and where to deliver.
