Aientonni -> Hitec Servo Problem (4/21/2008 5:59:17 PM)

My plane was knocked off my workbench and landed tail-first onto the floor. No structural damage occured except a servo (HS-81) got it's gears stripped. I though that was all but now the servo just spins in one direction continously without input from my transmitter. Is this servo finished, or is it salvagable? I don't want to strip a second set of new gears. Thanks.

You should just be able to replace the gears. The motor spinning is normal when there are no, or stripped, gears.

Mike
