Is there any other angle pipes for the RCV120. I need one about 15 deg less angle than what it comes with stock. Will a exhaust deflector effect the engine very much? Will I have to install it then retune the needle.

This won't answer your question but I'll include it as informational.
While at the WRAM this year, I asked the folks at Slimline if they had any pitts or other exhaust for the RCV and they said no. However, If I sent them MY RCV, they might produce something.

The exhaust port thread in the RCV engines is the same as threads in some OS FS engines (70 and 90 I think). The thread is M11x3/4. Trying to find headers that will fit OS engines is easier, but really it's the same.

I have an RCV 90 with an 85 degree header and a 2.5" copper exhaust diverter at the end of the muffler. I attached a photo of it. I still haven't run it, but everyone here on RCU says it should work. I'll be test running it soon.

I don't think that the extension will effect the performance of the engine at all but it's going to get hotter then h$ll!

All of the information above is correct, however in case anyone is viewing this post has a 60SP, the exhaust thread size for that model is M10 x 0.75.
For the 58CD, 90SP and 120SP the exhaust thread size is M11 x 0.75 (as previously mentioned by Juice ;o)

I just had my stock pipe bent out enough to clear the firewall. Then I had it welded in the curve to prevent it from breaking. Runs really well. Got 15.5x12 4 bladed on it and it will turn it out at 5500 very well. I have gotten 7 tanks through it on the test stand.
