356652
yhst-17210252890263-42882.

The canopy is all cracked up and not usuable at all. I have been trying to get in contact with someone since Thrusday. Today (tuesday) I finally spoke to someone and was told that it will be 2 weeks or more before a canopy gets in stock.

I don't know about you guys, but why can't NP pull one from a kit and ship it out to me? This is terriable support on the part of Nitroplanes. I also have been waiting over a month for items that I did not get in my Yak 54 kit. When I asked that guy today, he said he could get those item to me but not the canopy.


Nitroplanes, please take care of this issue right away. I, nor anyone else should have to wait for missing or damaged items.

Esp. when one of your staff told me that it's not your fault, it's the mfg. fault. I told them, "No, you guys are the ones that sold me the kit, so therefore it's your responsibility for damged items".


Does anyone have a replacement canopy they want to sell?
