Status: offline 		Hi all, Is it possible to use any AM radio with any AM reciever with any vehicle?

I have a Redcat Lightning VX and there is something wrong with the TX that came with it and I was wondering if I could use any brand of TX with the stock RX that is in the car as along as I use the same crystals.
