Hey all,

Today I planted my Lanier Ripper. Not a biggie as they are cheap and easy to build. Started surfing the web tonight and learned that the ripper is discontinued. The only damage I did was to the motor mount part of the fuselage. Started to think I may be able to repair it.

Anyone have any ideas/pictures.

Thanks in advance,
Dan

If you post a picture of the damage I'd be able to make some suggestions...

Is that the HDPE fuse? If so, I have an extra one I would part with. I'll make you good deal..........

Post some pics of your wreck!!

RC Maniac - I would definitely be interested in buying your Fuse. Give me a price. I am almost positive it is HDPE but I don't know what HDPE is. Just seen reference to it several times. This is the airplane I am referring to http://www.lanierrc.com/discontinued/lana1211.html

Nathan - I will post some pics later this afternoon. Even if I purchased RC Maniac's fuse I would still be interested in trying to repair this one as the damage is not that bad.

Thanks everyone, pics in a bit.

Dan

Here are the pics of the crash damage. The top part of the "motor mount" was just bent. The bottom part actually broke.
