Hi all,

I need to add shims and don't have too much info. Can someone please answer the following questions?

What are the dimensions of the shims for a pt .15 profile? Where are they installed? What's the thickness of these shims? Ply or Balsa? Do they run the length of the blade(s)?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

The shims are made from 1/32 ply about 1/8 to 1/4 inch wide.
I glue them to the head in the position shown in the attached picture that I captured from the head assembly instructions.

I hope this helps.

John
