i'm going to the park tommorrow morning bright and early. from 7-8 am there is almost no wind. I will film it and post it. i'm not going to do anything fancy. probably just hover for a few packs to get the new feel. this bird is not stock any more and now have a dx6. when i went to the store to pick it up i asked mike jr about possible motor that works with this bird. he said JustGoFly 450 impressed him alot. its not cheap either. its not even listed on the web. but he has them in his store. i saw it. very nice.

gonna hook it up with JGF450 and Castle creations phoenix 35a esc. This upgrade would no doubt can compete with the trex.

...I still don't get why you would have someone else do the work. That is more than half the fun!
Are you going to take it to him every time you bust something? I like to know how my Heli works/goes together/comes apart....Hmmm?

Z....the main reason i send it to kaplanes was the dx6. it would of just taken me to long to figure the setup for the bh450. but due to overwhelming responses saying i should've repaired and upgrade myself, i will start doing so. i guess what i learn from repairs and upgrade is something i'll know forever. thanks for the encourgement. i was already thinking about ordering the barebones as the main spair parts bin. if you can give me a list of most common parts you go through and i'll order it. i have all the spare parts for the HBK2 but nothing for the Bh450. i did pick up the tough as nails spindle shaft when i was there. i wanted to get more spares but didn't know what to get.

(NOOB) I'm like you I can fix my heli when I crash ,but I would much rather fly, If I could Affotd to have someone makes repairs I would pay to have them fixed but I cant so I do it myself and setting up a radio for the first time sucks, glad to see you got it back all setup ,make a vid of it in flight.

thanks FLY to Chill. its very windy this morning. i woke at 7 and looked outside. it was horrible . i'm not gonna chance it since i havn't flown it for a week. i can wait a day or two for better weather. i'll try again tommorrow morning. i do have a led kit i want to install for some night flying. i was on the verge of picking up the 325 led's carbon for 50 bucks. but then i thought if i crash that's 50 bucks gone. i will probably pick them up anyways but will not do anything fancy with them on. i sure did enjoy those 315 carbons before i wrecked and broke them.

Hey noob, you should post this over on the Blackhawk forum. I bet there would be a lot of interest over there. By reading the forum title you cant even tell what model of heli it is. Kinda just sounds like a commercial for KA planes.......Much like your other thread about your "new heli from KA planes" sounds like a commercial for them as well. At least put the model/name in the title!
