I have two cars with Tamiya battery connections (Midnight Pumpkin, Grasshopper). I am thinking of getting a couple more cars, they may be Traxxas. I think Traxxas has a different connection type. I would prefer all my batteries to have same connection for sharing, charging etc.

I believe some body recommended a TRX connection as better than Tamiya I assume this is Traxxas but is this true?

As long as I may end up cutting connections off and reconnecting new ones, is Deans Ultra-plug a better connection than TRX?

Any other issues related to connections that may be relevant?

Regards
