i am looking for a preferably 1/10 scale nitro truggy, that is 4wd, and with plenty of power. at least 2hp, or that can be easily changed to have more, and have at least 2 speeds preferably, but i could get along with only. I have been looking all over the place for one, but all i have found for vehicles is the HPI Nitro MT 2 18SS+ Kit ( but it does not enough power for me). And the Ofna 1/8 Hyper 7 TQ Sport Kit, nice power once u had in the engine, good price range. But it is not 1/10, and that i would like to go with a truggy. Could somebody help me out?!

Truggy is usually 1/8 scale. Stadium truck is 1/10 scale. I would get a 1/8 truggy if you want power and 4wd. Plus it's easy to race as most clubs have a large truggy class.

Neither one of those are truggies. One's a buggy (hyper 7) and one is a 1/10 off road truck.

The Jammin CRT, Mugen MBX5T, and the Losi 8ight T are truggies.

can somebody give me links or descriptions of 'mandatory' parts for the Mt2 18ss+ (by mandatory i mean parts to replace the stock so the truck doesn't end up being (purposely) driven into a brickwall at top speed, or thrown across the room from where you are ) I have heard this truck has had a poor slipper clutch, and the difffs keep stripping and the spur gears as the egine has so much torque. Can someone reccomend me parts to fix this, if the problems are authentic, and any oter problmes associated with the truck.

I would just go with the RTR unless you want to race hardcore or something. Yes the Losi is a cheaper RTR in the LONG run but not the initial purchase.

Hop ups can be easy for anything if you know where to and what to look for. I think traxxas products are way over priced. Yes they are neat (I had a jato, tmaxx 2.5-3.3 and Revo 3.3) but they break to easy IMO. Drivelines and transmissions are not tough enough.
