The dirt hawgs are nice, I have em on the Mini T also. They are pretty good off road and decent onroad.

The rc18 is all stock. And the tires are totally bald from the street. And its only had like 10 cycles through it.

The vendetta is not stock. lol

peelin_out -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (5/27/2008 12:15:54 AM)

the fam .... both RC18s are pretty hopped up.. mamba systems, lipos, beefed up drive train and suspension, etc.. both MLSTs are pretty much stock.. one has been converted to viscous diffs... I might go brushless on that one, but it's got enough power with the stock electronics for the off-roading I do..

I wish I had chose black but its ok I guess) and my MLST2 with the body that wil never see dirt or asphalt or anything... I'm really happy with how it came out

JATO TO THE MAXX -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (5/29/2008 7:01:48 PM)

rschoi_75 -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (6/6/2008 2:53:55 AM)

Took some more pics of my detta's since all my galleries on One18th went down the drain. The buggy is set up with a neu 1105/2y + quark 33 on 2s, and the st is set up with a 1105/2.5Y + sidewinder micro on 3s. Both received the full "easy off" treatment as well.

rawvoodoo -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (6/12/2008 5:05:52 AM)

Here's my rc18t with the latest in footwear [;)]. Using the 12mm adapters you can slap on a set of these puppies right here. They are from the new(ish) XTM Rage. Which by the way I am completely impressed with. For 99 bucks you cant go wrong. Its built well and its pretty beefy. The rims and Tires only come to 16 bucks so they are economical too. Although the rims only come in white I decided to dye them using RiT dye. Well if I put on my thinking cap and study the evidence my conclusion is that I boiled the first set right to death. So for other noobs out there SIMMER NOT BOIL. Boiling makes for a bumpy ride. The dead set took the dye really well though. The other set turned a nice chocolate brown which while pretty is not quite the effect I was going for and they didnt seem to want to darken up any more (maybe I was afraid to heat them too much) so ....some Outlaw black and 5 or so coats of Matte sealant and Viola! New Chews!

calvino -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (6/12/2008 6:36:29 AM)

just currious if your runnin a sway bar kit on it, because it looks like it, nice ride[8D]

rawvoodoo -> RE: OFFICIAL 1/18th PICTURE THREAD (6/12/2008 11:34:56 AM)

yeah Im running a sway bar but only in the rear right now. You have to use the ATM arms if you want to use the sway bars and the ATM arms even feel weaker than the stock arms. Ive broken 4 ATM arms compared to 0 stockarms. Im thinking of going aluminum and having my friend at work drill and tap the holes so I can use the sway bars with them. Otherwise if I break another arm I may just give up on them. For the record though they do create a noticable difference in handliing.
