Status: offline 		So, the lama only has an 800 mah 2c battery. Can I put a higher Mah battery in it? if so, what is the largest capacity that it will hold?

Status: offline 		You can certainly upgrade to a battery that has more mah's and get longer flight times. What really matters the most is the increase in weight. As the capacity of the battery increases, it is going to get heavier. At a certain point, the larger capacity and weight will not be worth the loss in performance that will result as your model struggles to carry more weight than it was designed for. So, what you should do is take the battery out of your lama, and go to a hobby store where you can compare batteries and their weights side by side. You are going to have to pick another 2 cell lipo battery pack, so the voltage remains the same as your stock battery. One or two more ounces of battery weight won't be a deal breaker, but physical size and shape is important too to get the best battery for your model. I'd say a 1300mah battery or somewhere in that ballpark would give you a battery that will deliver substantially longer flight times without adding too much weight. Keep in mind that some of the more expensive batteries pack more mah's for the same amount of weight. After adding a heavier pack, the center of gravity may be off somewhat. This usually results in some translational drift to whatever direction the model is leaning too. Make sure you can move the new battery around some to get it closer to the center of gravity. Some people swear that this must be done to have a properly set up helicoper, but in my experience, a center of gravity slightly off center from the mainshaft doesn't cause too much trouble.
