is the Hobbico CS-170 and the Tower Hobbies TS-170 servos with Titanium Gears the same as the HS-5995 servo from Hitec? All 3 have the same spec, and use Hitech servo arms. If the answer is Yes, can the TH and Hobbico servos be programed by my Hitec programer?

Status: offline 		The CS/TS-170 is essentially a non programmable 5955TG.
