Status: offline 		Thinking about trying some glow fuel in my G62 to see if there would be a performance gain. I have some 10% Sig here with 18%, half castor, half synthetic. Should be enough oil. Should I try it out or am I wasting my time?

Status: offline 		Nothing wrong with trying but I suspect you'll be less than pleased with the results.

There's so much oil in glow fuel that it will probably just foul the plug and never start.

Also, it takes about twice as much alcohol as gas for an engine to run right. I doubt that the carburetor has a big enough jet to flow enough fuel to run right.

Status: offline 		I tried some in my lawn mower once, just as said before, the results were less than satisfactory. Maybe if I could have retuned the mixture, it would have been better, but at the price if Nitro VS Gas, its kinda a waste of money. Alcohol, Methanol, has less energy than gasoline.
