The wing is built just like, matter of fact they just stretched, the Sickle wing which is in the Beyond Spad section of the SPAD homepage. It's not Trim, it's the pieces that they make the screen out of. It is basically a thin box of aluminum with a little half open section that you press rubber stripping in to hold the screen. It's about 3/4 inch tall and a little over 1/8 wide. You cut a piece of that to be 4 inches short of each wingtip, fold and glue the wing solid and then slide the aluminum in, twist it so that it becomes a 3/4 inch tall spar and dribble CA onto it and watch the CA run down the line between the aluminum and coro. When it kicks off it'll be stuck in there pretty well. Then you put a piece of wood that you have to shape to fit the wing on the leading edge that goes to half the airfoil shape to screw through into the fuse. Pop rivet a couple pieces of wood or poly board in the fuse where the wing screws will go into and you is done. No, I don't have any plans but like I said, the wing is the Sickle wing. Well, come to think of it, the wing is the Flipper wing, not the Flipper Deluxe, that's the 40 size, but the Flipper and the plans for that are in the thread remarkably entitled, The Flipper.
