I just received what I my honey bee heli. It's missing the wall charger, and the fly guide documentation. I can't fly the darn thing until i get something to power the charger. The items in the kit that was shipped to me was thrown all around in the box and it was a mess. The anti crash kit is missing the clips to attach it to the landing gear. I'm so angry. anyone else have these kinds of problem with xheli.com? have any suggestions where else to buy rc stuff online?

Also, My order says I purchased a 1 New Version 3!! Honey Bee Mk 3 Ready-to-Fly Micro Electric RC Helicopter (Yellow).

The box is only labled Honey Bee. Did i receive the wrong heli too?

Time to call them
Sounds like the box got raided for spare parts at the shop and somebody by accident send this one out.
I have seen this happen before.
The shop hasn't got the parts a Customer needs but has multiple kits sitting there. So they take parts out of the box to satisfy the customer.
The whole kit ends up being a spare parts box.
Give them a call and see what they say.

This is an absolute disaster!

I bought a crap load of spare parts by pressing thier spare parts button for a list of parts for the heli i bought and none of them are for my helicopter! The 2 heat sinks dont fit on the motors, the 5 extra batteries are nickle and the charger(that is missing the wall adapter) is for lipo batteries only The extra tail motor is the wrong motor!

I'm so mad right now I could strangle someone.

Good news is that I'll get get some of my money back and thanks to xheli.com, Will never look back or get involved with RC again.

Toodles.

Maybe you should take it up with them instead of us?

Just a thought.

I know you're venting but an open forum like this isn't the place for it IMHO.

I still don't understand.

Did you order this?

Did they send you what you ordered even if you ordered it by mistake?

Well I went to Radio Shack and purchased a 12v wall mount for my lipo charger. Costed me another $25.00 good news is that it works great for the balance lipo charger. Problem is that I added 5 nickle battery packs for the heli also but I can't charge them until I some how persuade xheli.com that the kit was supposed to come with it. Even the insert states the contents of the kit should have it. The charger for the nickle battery only costs $6.00 but I'm not looking forward to spending $8.00 to ship what should be mine after I already paid for it.

Anyway. Charged up the lipo for the first time and crashed the heli very lightly two times with no damage. zipped tied the anti-crash kit becuase the kit was incomplete and missing the plastic tabs advertised to attach to the landing gear.. It works, but still would like to get the clips that are advertised on their website. Even if the tabs don't not fit the landing gear of my HBFP, xheli should give me the explained and photographed kit I paid for.

Hooked up the simulation controller that I ordered along with everything else to a the FMS and have been messing around with that for most of the day.

I admit I might have sounded a bit rash from the start. But If I buy something new for a price of something new, I want it new, no open box bull ****, no items missing from the kit contents advertised, no exceptions. I guess I'll just join the rest of the hobby rc and accept the fact that we are only consumers and are lucky to even receive the things we purchase.. NOT. Buying this from xheli.com quickly made me feel less like a customer and more like a consumer and I don't like that.

I chatted with their online support and was hoping to get someone who actually cared but the only response was: 'Someone will contact you via email, Do you have any more questions?'

I replied: 'Yes, is there a case number or anything so that I can reference this chat?'

I waited 10 minutes for a reply and they acted as if they didn't understand the question. So after 10 minutes I just typed: 'No'. And they immediately replied 'Thank you for contacting support.'

Probably an 8 year old china girl working for 1 dollar a day, I dunno.

Oh well. So I'm going to keep it and try. But I'll certainly never buy for xheli again. I'll look forward to working with ka-planes, I hear they are really good.

xheli.com..... get your act together...

To the person who complained about my question and posts here, yes this is an open forum. My questions, complaints and expereinces are valid, if you did not enjoy reading it sorry. Anyway, I'll start posting on other threads about my new hobby and asking questions.

I wasn't complaining, I was offering advise. After reading a bit more on Xheli.com nevermind what I said.

Carry on.

I have placed orders for heli's and parts with Xheli and had no problems.

Parts were in stock shipped within 2 days. Arrived intach and fine.

Xheli has a forum for questions and customer support. I have used it and works fine.

I bought the BLADE BALANCER made with Carbon Fiber + Alloy & Aluminum - for Advanced 3D R/C Helicopters from them and their web site say that it come with ( included adapters) (2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm & 5 mm) to center two blades for balancing. After calling , emailing and getting mindless online help from them a week later i find out their web site lies and they made a mistake it doesn't come with any adapters. Isn't that called in business law bait and switch? Also Raidentech.com is also Xheli.com.... if you look up at the phone number to call them it's both the same on both sites.

ya xheli.com is a disastor. After my attempts to work with them and no reply, I just went to ka-planes and heli-fever.com and bought what xheli.com didn't send what I paid for. I'll never even look at their site again, and the more people who realize the bad business that xheli.com is, the better I will feel about them stealing my money and will get over it sooner.
