Is the Sirius Charge Quad Plus really safe to use?
From their product information:

Yes, it is. Using a conventional slow (overnight) charger will usually give you a battery lifespan of 300 to 500 charge cycles. Conventional "delta-V" fast chargers can shorten that to about half, because of overcharge, temperature rise, and pressure buildup.
The advanced techniques used by Sirius Charge Quad will actually extend battery life. If you use only Sirius Charge, you can extend your battery life to over 2000 cycles! That's over 20 years of flying for the average flyer!"
Is this really true? I have always believed that charging with that much amps will shorten battery life severly.
