I lost my 85" Yak today. I'll be ordering the 86" to take it's place. My wings and tail feathers are still good. Will they be good to keep for spare parts or would they not work with the 86"?
It's a shame to see the end of that plane, I really loved it. But good news is I was shot down so the new one is free!

Sorry to hear about your incident! The wings might work but stabs and elevators on the 86 is different.
Go 2.4 DSM2, don't worry about getting shot down!
What if the guy couldn't afford it or ...?

Quique and I have changed all of our models to 2.4 DSM2 from JR/Spektrum not a signle problem.

My 86" arrived less than 24 hours after it was ordered and everything looks perfect. Amazing! Way to go guys!

tequila, The new gear is aluminum, not yellow fiberglass. It looks like the same size as the 85 but I haven't really checked yet... I just got everything unpacked.
