Outstanding job, should be a good flier. I am mounting a saito 450 in a LA 7 that I am finishing. What prop are you running on it and what rpm are you getting? Thanks Roy

Roy, I am getting 6.4k using a 21x11N prop with 10%.

There are a couple of great build threads on rcscalebuilder. This is my second 1/5 Wildcat and they do fly well except when the mechanic fails[&o]

Carl

Carl is that a 3 blade prop you are getting the 6.4K with? Those rpm figures seem a little low for a 2 blade prop. Thanks Roy

carlbecker -> RE: 1/5 Bates Wildcat (5/16/2008 1:46:44 PM)

Roy this is my second Wildcat. I had the Saito 450 in the first one and it did fine with a 2 blade APC 21x10. I expect no problems with this one. When I get a chance for the maiden I will have some one get a in air pic with my camera.
