I have a dead cell in a new pack (from Team Brood...crappy stuff and zero customer service). I need to replace that one cell. Where do you guys get your Ener-G cells from? Do they sell the cells individually? Thanks.

Sounds like you may have to cut your losses and remake it as smaller voltage pack. Dan You may also want to purchase their smaller 4 cell pack and have it for spares.
