Status: offline 		Well shucks.......drove up from Indio Saturday....was too windy to fly.... I did finally get to meet Flyboy Dave tho.....

gone back out easy enogh, another 50 bucks for gas, but doable.

George....it was a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully we will get
another chance in the near forseeable future to fly our arses off....all day.

We have a saying in the High Desert....

....when the lawn chairs are blowing over at nine AM, it's not going to be a good day.

I did stop over at "Central" on the way home and got in a couple flights with
the Dragon Lady....the wind was way down there, and flyable.

Rev on, my Brothers.....we'll get 'em next time.

Hey Dave

It was nice meeting you too......glad you got a couple flights in anyway yesterday.
I went out to my field early this morning,..(I'm usually the first there on Sundays)....arrived about 6:15....NO wind at all,...flew these 3 planes that I had charged up for yesterday. http://home.dc.rr.com/maurie/FieldJune1.wmv

Had the field all to myself for about an hour before the wind kicked up. I think it was gusting up to 12-15 mph....not bad,..still flyable....quite a few others showed up and flew.

Hopefully my next trip up there.....(94 miles from home)...will be able to fly and meet a few of the other Revvers.....
