Ive heard from a couple of people that they have a bad service and ship slow.
I want to go with them so i can save some dough.

I got the stage 2 kit for my AX10 from them. The shipping was slow and it was missing 2 screws.

there based on in reno and I live like 4 hours from them.
so it shouldn't take them that long to get to me.
But just got to hope there in stock when i order.

I ordered from CKRC once. They shipped my item fairly quickly though they need to put some effort into answering customer's emails and answering their phone. Funny though, once I went on an internet forum and starting complaining about their lack of response I got a PM instantly.

If I really needed something I would probably order from there again, but not if I was in a huge rush.

I've bought from both CKRC and TCS the shipping was about the same from both I can't say anything bad about them in that regard. TCS on the other hand has never answered my e-mail about a set of wheels I bought from them. I have since modded them to fit my axial but that will play into future decisions on buying crawler parts.

I purchased my ax-10 and stage two kit from CKRC but the stage two kit was missing the bent links and they didnt even tell me they i had to call and then they said oh yeah we are out of those.............well thanks for telling me, so what, if i never called i wonder if i would have got them? And with as much buisness as they do they should really ship UPS not the "snail mail" regular mail sucks. I guess i like CKRC but i hate that when i place my order it doesnt even ship untill 2 days later. So i ordered my dx3.0 and novak goat system and hitec servo ($550 in stuff) from amain hobbies because they ship same day so if i order on monday with 2 day shipping i actully get it on wednesday not friday or saturday for the same or less in shipping costs. AND ALL THAT STUFF WAS LIKE $50 more expensive at CKRC.

ONE MORE THING LOSI ROCK CLAWS ARE $5 CHEAPER PER PAIR AT AMAIN

I HATE WAITING FOR STUFF!!!!!!!!

I ordered my AX10 Stage II kit from them and it arrived in 7 days, can't complain about that when you select the "Free Shipping" option.
The kit was complete (even a few extra screws) and no problems with anything. I emailed a question about my order and had an answer in less that an hour.

My experience with them was good.

Yeah if you select free shipping then you cant complain......BUT when you select 2-3 day shipping it should be here with in 4 buisness days. not a week cause they dont even ship it for 2 days!

your extra screws were probably out of everybody elses kits that were missing them.

I placed another order with them for another battery and misc. parts.
I placed the order on the Saturday the 17th and standard UPS shipping.

I received my order today (the 22nd), nothing wrong with that for turn around.

My experiences with them have been good, I will order from them again.

Have anyone bought the new Tamiya CR01 crawler? How is it comparable to the AX10?
