Hi.FYI I have ordered from RTL fasteners several times and have always received the best of service. So I thought I would just let everyone know that this company is the BEST company to use if you need their products.

Last week I placed an order for some screws and such. The order came to me via UPS. All was well. But then 2 days later I received a second order duplicating the first. Of course it was billed to my C.C. I then contacted RTL to see how they wanted to handle this matter, to see if I did something wrong or if it was on their side of the transaction. Well RTL got back to me and owed up to their mistake. They explained to me that they had a "glitch" in their system.

Well I expected them to say send the order back and we will credit your card the amount. Well they sent me a e-mail and told me to keep the product and that they would issue a refund to my credit card. This was a $70 order!!! But RTL just said they were sorry for their mistake and took the hit.

This is the type of service we as modelers need in this hobby. I hope all of you that need fasteners and such will buy from RTL as they are just a good company to work with. And the fasteners are a lot cheaper if you buy them this way.

Just thought I would give RTL Fasteners a big "WELL DONE" they deserve it.

This is timely information. I need to order a pile of hardware and was wondering if I should give RTL or Microfasteners a try. I will try RTL first. I have no experience with either and assume both are OK. I will try RTL first based on the positive feecback here. Thanks.

Dave

I agree RTL service is excellent
We have a lot of trouble getting the size fasteners we use in this hobby in decent quantities in Oz. I recently ordered a Metric assortment, a Master Assortment and a Giant scale assortment and a few various tools from them. About $500 all up. The package arrived on my doorstep in West Australia within a week. That's about as far away from RTL's premises as you can get. It is all excellent quality stuff.

now I have to build a lot of planes so I can use them all up and get some more

I placed one order with RTL Fasteners with good results. I ordered their Master Assortment. The price was great, but the best part is the convenience. When ever I need a bolt or nut or what ever, I just get out my little box and I have exactly what I need. No searching or having to head to the hobby shop. That's GREAT. It puts a smile on my face every time when I have the exact part that I need and it's the correct length. I'm getting low on some of the more popular parts and you can rest assured that my next order will be with RTL.
