Status: offline 		I did my Tiger yesterday, just buy a S&S upgrade kit, they can be had off ebay for about £35, and they come with everything you need EXCEPT a soldering iron and a set of screws.

The one I got had beautiful colour illustrations on full A4 size to show the wiring.

I was a bit disappointed with the gun noises. When the "turret" fires and the tank judders a bit to simulate recoil its hard to hear the gunshot noise. The MG on the other hand...strewth, talk about bringing Blitzkrieg into your back garden! I'm going to augment this with a working LED MG on the hull when I replace the stock headlamps.

For sound only===Radio,Crystals,two boards(set),and a speaker.If you also want smoke (the smoker unit)
Just a guess here didn't look up mato prices-
Radio-20 to 24 dollars crystals- 7 dollars boards15 to 17 dollars speaker4 or 5 dollars smoker unit 10 dollars-plus shipping-

Plus you will still be missing some other goodies.

P.S. some times when you total everything up it is better to buy a new smoke and sound tank and keep the one you wanted to up-grade for a parts tank?? Just a thought.

It depends what you want out of your tank! Do you want to IR battle it and still have smokers unit?

If yes then you can go with Darkiths system plus and S & S conversion kit the will cost you any where from $ 130.00 to

$210.00 for the assmebled DBU/DBC and I am including a S & S kit in that cost, ebay 40 -60 bucks i believe!?

El MOd you can retain the smoker unit and use the its system, and really upgrade the sound of your tank! That will cost you around $ 270 plus the S & S if you really want the smoker! Or if you want to use a high end radio and dump all the Heng Long electronics then the price plus the radio would be about $ 280.00 EL MOD plust you can add the Thinktank CSI battle unit later, upgrade with the EL MOD After burner to add some huge motors down the road, so it is some cash up front but its expandiable and you will have real Tiger 1 sounds, chains, turret, elevation, MG, cannon blasts, and more
