Donny....
That would be Correct......
Allow me to add a couple facts.....

The Engine you Pictured, is the engine that comes in the 1/10 touring cars. It is a Rotary arm Carb that has only an IDLE screw and HSN. It does Not have a LSN.

The engines in the Mega P vehicles come with a SLIDE Carb and Have HSN, LSN and Idle adjust screws.

if that is the engine, it does not have one, not all engines have a low speed needle, some only have a high speed needle.

They are a little more ruff around the edges and prone to stalling if they get to hot or are to cold. Nothing bad about it but its very, very old school

actually in the long run, its easier to tune a 2 needle carb, its hard to hit the sweet spot with one needle then two.
