sirfixalot -> How long will Horizon Have My DX6i for maintenance? Anyone? (5/10/2008 2:19:28 PM)

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anybody else ever had to resort to sending a malfunctioning Tx, Rx, Heli.....or etc back to the manufacturer. The reason behind my question is in regards to my DX6i that came with my Blade400. Aileron inputs thru the Tx has no effect on my Aileron servo. Initially, I posted a question about the lack of travel on my stock DS75H servos and Seacomm (which I appreciated ur input) recommended I check my servo as the possible problem. Therefore I was hoping this may be the case and used it an excuse to re-fit my blade w/ new HS-65"s......still hardly a twitch with Aileron inputs. I tried everything and my LHS tried helping b/c my guy refused to believe it was not a setting somewhere within the menu but it looks like I'm sending my Tx to Horizon.
Unless any possible suggestions to fix? And again......if sent in how long? Finally, horizon support said to sent in the Tx, but at my LHS one said send Tx and Rx, another sadi to send the whole Pckg?????? Thanks for the help
