Hey boys, Another great morning flying for me! I've managed to get the CG sorted i think...Cant tell you where it is exactly at this point in time as i've just thrown the battery in and found its sweet spot! I havent used weights or anything like that, but putting my battery right up front against the firewall seems to be spot on. Its hands off when inverted, no climbing or diving but its improved the upright harrier heaps! I think you still need to be on the rudder heaps to keep it balanced but its now possible to do an upright stable harrier. Inverted harriers are still a piece of cake, no bad tendancies at all. Only problem i have now is batteries.. Im overdrawing them or doing something to them as i have swelled 2 batteries in 2 flights. Both have since been replaced under warranty but that isnt the point. I need to try different props or something... Any ideas anyone? I havent got anything to measure current draw either...
