ok i got my first nitro truck used from a friend who took good care of it.now after a few months of sitting i have tweaked all the bugs outta it,when i go to start it,alot of nitro pours outta the pipe.its still set where my friend tuned it,it has the puff of smoke, and pops wheelies sometime, but i havent really run it 2 or 3 times to warm it up.am i running to rich??if so how do i remedy this??lol.i want bottom end and wheelies more,i tend to stick to the street.thanxs all!!

well 2.5 never really wheelied for me but sounds like you are a littler rich so u might wanna lean it out around 1/16th of a turn on both needles just don't go too far!

You just need to learn how to tune it. Read this page in the tuning section and then it should run like a champ.

Some fuel coming out the exhaust is normal.

A Rusty set up with a 2.5R and a tight slipper clutch, you can't keep the front wheels on the ground [:-]

i cant keep the front end of my 2.5 on the ground... self tuned and built from an rtr (lots of rpm upgrades, none to motor)

even with alot of rpm parts im sure the weight cant be much of a factor!
