I just returned my second Parkzone Ember. The motor seized up before I even flew it and the second one had a bad battery plug. I guess you get what you pay for. I will probably take the money and buy a PNP T-28 Trojan.I hope it wont crap on me too.

Just to let readers see another side, I have the Ember, the Citabria, and the Cessna - all work perfect. Several of us meet at a local indoor soccer field and have a hoot flying the Parkzone micro planes. Never have seen an issue!

I love my Ember. I abuse it bad by dogfighting in my basement. I had to repair a servo, but that was after a hundred crashes into concrete walls and other planes.

Sorry if this is off topic but, Ched, how did you repair the servo? I have a friend that owns an ember and one servo motor won't stop turning when you touch the controls.

This is a common problem. It would be easy to fix if they were twice as big. I have repaired five now and none have failed again. Some were repaired a year ago and they still work great. Look half way down on this page for pictures and instructions on how to repair the tiny servos.........http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=841356&page=2
