ok guys, i put new steering liners on my truggy , upon taking the wheels off i noticed it didn't even have none, (wonder what company sold me this) anyway i inspected the bearings and they look good, i have always had a piece of fuel line in the cups, when i go back to put my wheels on ,they still wooble, i don't know what else it could be, could the bearings look good and not be good? what should i look for when inspecting the bearings? any ideas?..............shoota

It sounds like the bearings. try wobbling just the stub axle without the wheel on it. It's possible the hex could be striped too and it's giving the wheel more space to move.

More wobble than it previously had or your just noticing it now? because those models tend to have a fair amount of woble in them.

back at ya, lol. well I guess that means you either need new bearings or axle hubs or maybe the axle shaft is worn out. Hmmmm. OOORRRR you could toss it and get a Megap, lol.

Redharris, which bearings did you see at 99 cents? I do not know what size he needs, but the cheapest 5x10x4 I saw were $2 each, and they were only shielded. For 5x11x4 and 10x15x4, the cheapest were $1.75, again shielded. The cheapest rubber sealed were $2.75 in all three sizes. Maybe there are sizes I do not use that are less. Those are decent prices, but I have also found rubber sealed bearings for less than $1 each at http://teamfasteddy.com/ which is the best I have found. And I have had great luck with fast shipping and good reliability so far, although I only have maybe 50 tanks on them so far.
